I immigrated from Taiwan in 1990 and have been a San Diego resident for over 32 years. Although my real estate specialty lies with Southern California, I am also a proud father of two children who attended the University of California-Berkeley and Stanford University. Go Bears! and Go Card! I am fluent in English, Chinese, and Taiwanese. In my spare time, I volunteer with a local German Shepherd rescue and enjoy hiking with my adopted rescue dog.

From 2000 to 2009, I worked as an agent with Prudential CA Realty and won “Rookie of the Year” in 2000. In following years, I achieved awards in 2002-2004 (“Leader Award, Top 10% Agents Nationwide”) and 2006-2008 (“Presidential Award, Top 5% Agents Nationwide”).

I joined Abacus Properties, Inc. in 2009 and have since maintained status as a top-performing agent. From 2016 to 1018, I received the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) “Circle of Excellence GOLD Award” for completing 25-39 transactions per year, as well as the “Circle of Excellence SILVER Award” in 2019-2021 for completing 15-24 units.
